Digital Purchases ~ MP3 & Songbook PDF
In the event that you have placed an order for a digital download and have not received a confirmation email with the links to the products you have successfully paid for, please do the following:

log into your account - the link is located at the top right hand corner of the store page

click on "your account" at the top right hand corner of the page once you have successfully logged in.

Click "order history"

Click on the order number for which you have not received download information

The order number corresponding to your placed order will link to full details about the order. There is a section called "Order Summary" under which will list your purchased product(s). There will be a "Download Here" link which you can click to start the download of your product.

In the event that the link is no longer active, and you have not been able to download the product, email: orders@liannaklassen.com and let us know. Please include your user name in your email to us.
