hope your summer is going well! Tonight I watched a sunset that reminded me again that God is the ultimate abstract painter. How wonderful our God is to create such beauty for our enjoyment. We have seen AGAIN God's faithfulness to us in this last month and lots of new things have happened, but the BIGGEST news for us is that Randy has been offered a job in Calgary, Alberta and we will be moving at the end of August. You ask how this came about? Well, Randy’s company Allco Holdings, which is a small construction company, had been winding down, and we have felt over the last year that God was preparing us for a change. In May, I was at a Leadership Conference close to Medicine Hat, Alberta, leading worship and I met Wes Reinheller of Medican Construction. Wes and I got to talking, and within a week, he had called Randy and met with him and offered him a wonderful position in Medican Construction. For me (Lianna), what I’m doing is national, so to live in Calgary,Alberta (actually Airdrie, Alberta), doesn’t really matter except, of course, my prayer and personal support base. I’m going to miss everyone dreadfully in Abbotsford, but we feel strongly that this is what God has called us to do. We sold our house in 1 day and have found a new home in Airdrie. Our kids, Jordan(15), Vanya(14), and Adam(11) are understandably a little uncertain about this move, but they’re bravely trying to see this as an adventure….and this REALLY IS!!
