FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE DO YOU SHIP, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Shipping within Canada is always free! If you are local to Vancouver, BC, a 10% discount is offered if you wish to pick up your painting in person. Enter the code YVRPICKUP at checkout!
Shipping to the USA is an additional $75 per item, and International shipping is an additional $100 per item. Please contact me directly if you have specific questions.
WHO DO YOU SHIP THROUGH, AND HOW ARE COSTS CALCULATED?
Smaller pieces are shipped via Canada Post, and larger pieces are sent by courier (generally UPS). Costs are calculated by size & weight.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
Once a painting has been received, there is a 7 business day grace period for you to see how the piece fits in your space! Within this time, your piece is still eligible for a refund or an exchange if the return is postmarked within the 7 business days. After this grace period, all paintings are final sale.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
All pieces (excluding commissions) can be returned for a full refund. All pieces (including commissions) can be exchanged for another piece of equal or lesser value.
IS RETURN SHIPPING PAID?
All shipping fees associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the fees for sending back the original piece, as well as sending out a new piece for an exchange.

WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU WORK IN?
I work in acrylics and mixed media (paper, sand, mediums, string & rope), as well as household & organic items.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A PAINTING?
It usually takes about a week to 10 days, depending on the size.
